Yup, OBS Studio exists.
Yup, OBS Studio exists. The "original" place for creators. But, networking stuff, finding right files for servers, all messy. Streamlabs also hub, more stuff, big community. Prime helps. Don't need it, keep what you had after subscription ends.

Just use OBS instead, it's easier
Just use OBS instead, it's easier to use and and isn't as expensive for the pro products. Uses less ram too for streamers.

I got a code from someone on the website chat
I got a code from someone on the website chat for 7 days free to assist with a non-profit stream I was doing. No one mentioned this was a trial, and now I've been charged. I didn't notice the payments right away, as I didn't expect them (plus, not everyone checks their bank accounts constantly). Customer service has been uncooperative and confusing, and they're refusing to refund the 2 £19 charges, even though I’ve clearly pointed out that this was mis-sold.

I feel like it's a scam
I feel like it's a scam, they make you pay for everything. You can't get notifications unless you're a paying member. Seems wrong, you should pay and then get your service without all these limits. It's weird how streamers turn their passion into a business like this. Streamlabs is a SCAM, try other services.

I asked for a refund and they told me
I asked for a refund and they told me I need to request it within a week of purchase. I did that. But they didn’t get back to me until about 2 weeks later, saying it must be done within a week. They took my money and are dishonest scammers.
