I did receive an email with the activation code.

I did receive an email with the activation code. However, they mentioned that the email had a link to download the software. I replied saying there was no link in their email for accessing the software. They then said I needed to get the free trial version. I knew how to do this but can see that others might find it confusing. They should have given clear instructions to assist those who might have trouble installing the trial version of the software.

I had a key that didn’t work at first. But I appreciated the clear instructions on how to handle this, and the customer support was amazing, resolving the problem in just a few hours. Overall, I’m left with a positive feeling and a working Office – not much more to say.
