As a customer from Germany, I am always amazed at how quickly I receive a response and how quickly a solution is found. So far I have always been helped in a friendly and competent way by Mike Da Jose and the team. Keep up the good work! The product itself speaks for itself. The data provided is important for making data-based decisions in e-commerce.

I've been using Helium for a while now, over a year actually. It's kinda pricey (just my opinion) but gives a lot. I did the Amazon FBA course (still going back to some lessons), found my 1st product with the black box, and Magneto and Cerebro really helped with my Amazon KDP. Just be more picky with companies in your seller solutions hub ;)

I got shuffled around from one person to the next. Then I found out I couldn't get my money back. These folks lack basic empathy. And their tools aren't even that great. Avoid Helium10. Customer service is terrible!

I find it regrettable to express dissatisfaction, but my experience with Helium 10's customer service has been less than satisfactory. Assigning zero stars would not be an exaggeration. Over a span of three days, I struggled to rectify an issue with the Amazon connection, only to face continual failure. However, the request for a refund was met with swift imposition of terms and conditions, creating a frustrating situation.

Despite reporting the problem and initial contact with someone named Arianne Cedeno, the issue persists, and requests like removing the credit card from their system are met with no response. This experience suggests a lack of satisfactory customer service from Helium 10.
