I made a quick purchase for my daughter for Valentine's Day and didn't realize it would arrive late. I reached out to Reeds customer service, and they managed to change the shipping from 2 days to overnight, even though the item had already been sent. I really appreciate their effort in contacting the shipping company and keeping me updated to ensure it arrived in time for Valentine's Day. My daughter was happy with it.
