I've been dealing with this company

I've been dealing with this company for quite some time now. I usually suggest them to others, but my recent encounter was not good. I called to inquire about a part and got directed to their directory. While explaining the part I needed, the salesperson, Asa, got annoyed due to a small misunderstanding about the said part. The call ended abruptly, and now he refuses to answer my calls over this minor confusion. It's just disappointing. They did reach out and apologize in the following days, but it's still an unfortunate situation.
