Bought a furnace on Friday, and by the next Friday it reached the shipping hub near my place. I chose will-call and XPO made the pickup simple and quick. Ingrams promised around 5 business days! They really did it! Nice customer service!

Awesome place for DIYers.
Awesome place for DIYers. When you bring up geothermal systems with HVAC professionals in Texas, you usually get confused stares. A lot of companies that sell geothermal gear won't even help anyone who isn't licensed or trained in specific manufacturer courses. Ingrams came through for me, providing what I needed and even answering some random questions along the way. I’ll definitely reach out to them again next time.

Initially, customer service messed up my name, causing confusion when I reached out about the order. The coordination between customer service and the parts department was lacking. After making multiple calls to inquire about the shipping/tracking number, I eventually received the new motor. Upon arrival, the motor functioned perfectly.
