I was quite unhappy with the unit you provided

I was quite unhappy with the unit you provided, as it broke in under 4 months. I can't fathom how a compressor fails so soon after a unit worked perfectly. I need 2 more units and was thinking of another brand, but after the excellent customer service (no wait time, no hassle, and they were great at helping with tests), I'll continue with Senville for all future needs.

We bought two units

We bought two units. The first installation went smoothly, and the unit worked flawlessly. The second unit installed perfectly, but upon turning it on, it didn't work. We emailed Senville with the error code, and within half an hour, the part needed to repair the unit was on its way. Once installed, it worked perfectly. Service is everything.

I've had the pleasure

I've had the pleasure of speaking with Liam on several occasions. He is knowledgeable, well-versed in Senville products, and incredibly patient. Liam takes the time to address my inquiries carefully, responding quickly to emails. His customer service skills are second to none. Additionally, I am thoroughly enjoying my Senville products.

So far, everything is working fine.

So far, everything is working fine. The one issue I have is with the wired thermostat. It’s not easy to use and there’s about a 5° difference between the real temperature and what the thermostat shows. If I set it to 75°, it will read either 70° or 69°. It gets cold.

I didn’t have to deal with a phone maze. I got to talk directly to someone. The buying process was really good. They sent me the invoice and shipping info right away. There was a lot of options for ordering different lengths of line sets and sizes of inside units.

I had 1 mini split unit

I had 1 mini split unit that developed a problem after some months and the customer service from Senville was just absolutely excellent. I will need to buy several more mini splits for my house and have no reservations about buying these from Senville.

Tech support was exceptional

Tech support was exceptional. They effectively communicated in understandable terms and provided clear, step-by-step instructions, making the process incredibly simple. Highly satisfied with their assistance.

The unit seems solidly built

The unit seems solidly built - buying and ordering were simple and direct - arrived well packed on a pallet with shrink wrap and secure. I haven’t set it up yet, but I’ll get to it sometime this week.

The instalation was easy peasy. The unit works fine and looks good. Both inside and outside units are very quiet. I'll suggest it to my pals.

18k btu floor mounted mini split.

18k btu floor mounted mini split. Delivery quick, mostly easy to install. 4 stars as they don't include 5/16 adapter or mention it on product page. Outside unit's connection ports angled upwards toward house, difficult to bend line sets onto ports without easily damaging them. Maybe add adjustable high and low port connectors for floor mounted units since line sets come from ground up, not down from ceiling. Air and heat work well. Installed in 41ft 5-slide RV, heats and cools better than original equipment.
