I vend commercial doors and gear. Many commercial products have an indicator on a privacy lock. They want you to buy a mortise lock or a separate deadbolt lock. This handle fixes the problem! Just make sure you get the ADA version, not the less expensive choice with the turn button!

I ordered a left-hand lock but needed right-hand one. Customer service team help me return and reship. Can't thank them enough. When right item arrived, our team was so impressed. I ordered 5 more to replace every door lock. 10/10 recommend Vizilok products.
