As a fellow vetran-owned business, I couldn't be more impressed with Tent Craft. Working with them to creat a tent for my brand, PicklElite, was an absulute breeze from start to finish. Their turnaround time was incredibly fast, and the tent arrived in pristine condition. The moment I unboxed it, I was struck by the superior quality of the cover. The included bag, complete with stakes, straps, and a hammer, was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Setting up the tent was straightforward, thanks to the well-designed frame. The artwork on the tent matched my PicklElite design perfectly, showcasing their attention to detail and commitment to excellence. I highly recommend Tent Craft for their outstanding product and exceptional service.

TentCraft has absolute fantastic response time.

TentCraft has absolute fantastic response time. We had a small issue with the canopy and they resolved it with minimal questions and in extremely quick time. The tent has been the envy of the other teams at our track meets and the kids have learned quickly how to set it up and take it down. I cannot say enough good things about the quality and customer service of TentCraft.

Seriously, they're like lightning fast and super responsive. When it came to my project, they weren't just nodding along – they listened and teamed up with me to make it exactly how I wanted. Major props for being great collaborators. And the turnaround time? Blink, and it's done. Impressed!

So, I hit up the company about a rip in my brand-new tent, right? Turns out it was a manufacturing goof causing the tear. But here's the cool part – they didn't hesitate. Bam, replaced my tent on the spot! Their customer service game is top-notch, and they totally back up what they make.

This is the GREATEST tent we’ve ever gotten for our company! I went with the counters on three sides with a full print on the back... and WOW!!! Our first event since it arrived is next week... looking forward to seeing all the attention it gets!

Man, this team is something else! They hooked us up with a table cover that's like a million times better than what we could've even dreamed up. Plus, they're veteran-owned and made in the good ol' USA. What more could I possibly ask for?

The folks at TentCraft were really nice and quick to help when I was looking into getting some new tents for two schools. They listened to what I was asking and gave me good options that didn't cost too much.

One thing to note: YOU are involved in the design process.

TentCraft is clearly a leader in promotional tents and related items. The quality of our Mighty Tent, Feather Flags, and Table Covers is great. Their team is quick to respond to messages and always makes sure to get your products to you fast. They’re a bit on the expensive side, and I did check out other companies, but I chose TentCraft because they’re veteran owned, creative, and always communicate well (if you have a question, they’re quick to reply to emails or answer the phone). When we had a small issue with one of our Feather Flags, they fixed it quickly and sent out a new one. One thing to note: YOU are involved in the design process. You’ll work with TentCraft’s team to make sure your logo, graphics, and colors are just how you want them, and THE FINAL APPROVAL IS YOURS. The process involves a lot of back-and-forth, so I suggest you check every detail before you approve anything. You’ll be happy with the result in the end.
