I had initially planned to wait until summer to replace the tracks, and Mallory didn't push me at all. She located the tracks for me in California. I called to inquire about pricing and a very helpful representative from your company assisted me. Our conversation went so well that I decided to place an order for the tracks immediately. What really caught me off guard was that he said they would arrive the next day. I placed the order around 10 or 11:00, and sure enough, I got them by the following afternoon.

COMPANY ARRIVED QUICK AND THE CUSTOMER WHO WAS DOWN WAS BACK UP AND PLEASED. The tracking was useful but the live tracking map didn’t seem to show updates so it was a bit misleading.

I placed my order online Sunday night and got a call Monday morning to confirm and check the size before shipping. It arrived in Missouri by Wednesday. Quick transaction, good product, reasonable price. I've ordered from them twice now and both times have been great.

Well, let’s see, it took 6 months to get the tracks. I was lied to on several occasions. I was made a liar to my customer and looked like a fool. It has been made clear that I will not take from any supplier that lies to me, and you damn near cost me an $18,000.00 order.
