Everyone was very kind and helpful.

The construction of my 30x40 metal

The construction of my 30x40 metal building went well. However, after completion, I noticed a problem with one of the windows—specifically with the weather stripping. I reached out to customer service, and they told me they would send someone for repairs. Unfortunately, nothing has been done so far. Once the job is done, it feels like they forget about you. Customer service is lacking. I wouldn’t recommend this company. There are plenty of other options available.

Since we made our payment on December 2, no one seems to know anything about our carport. I regret buying from these people. They’re just middlemen, take your money, and disappear. I can't reach Seth, the person I dealt with; he never returns my calls.
