I own an older model leaf blower that had an issue with the switch (wouldn’t turn on, even though the battery was fully charged). I reached out to Christine Reamillo for help with fixing the problem and processing a warranty replacement. Christine was very professional, helpful, and quick to handle everything, showing great representation for Shop Joe! I’ll definitely keep buying products from Shop Joe going forward. I had a pretty poor experience with this company.

I had a pretty poor experience with this company. I bought a 96v snowblower, but the batteries wouldn't work from the start. They claimed it was the charger, so I got a replacement, but still no luck with the batteries. When I asked for a warranty, they just kept giving me excuses and didn’t help at all. It's frustrating how they make things harder and harder. In the end, they didn’t take responsibility for a faulty $250 battery. Really disappointing! Wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

Sunjoe’s WA24C-LTE washer worked well for washing my bikes

Sunjoe’s WA24C-LTE washer worked well for washing my bikes, the car, and also the water filter parts for the house system. It’s simple to adjust the power and the battery lasts a long time. But the sprray gun cracked where it links with the hose only after a few months, and I had no luck finding a spare online. I reached out to Shop Joe support and Rose Irea was very nice and fast in helping me get a warranty replacement - no robots involved. Big thanks, Rose!

Sometimes, it was tough to reach them, but when I did, someone tried to assist. They took all seriously and tried their best to give me answers. Every person I talked to kept me updated. When it got to Warranty, Sharmine Alcera made sure I knew what was going on. I'm totally happy with the replacement and would recommend their product and staff to anyone looking to buy from them.

I couldn't get my SunJoe power washer going

I couldn't get my SunJoe power washer going – it would shut off every gfi plug I tried. I got in touch with the support line and talked to Christian Culaba. He was very helpfull. He showed me how to do a reset, and now the thing runs fine. He stayed calm and nice the whole time – really shows the company in a good way!

I really enjoyed talking to Winnie Apohan from Sun Joe

I really enjoyed talking to Winnie Apohan from Sun Joe who helped me fix my problem. My problem was a broken handle knob on my Sun Joe cordless scarifier and aerator. Winnie Apohan was very nice and handled my problem quickly, and within 10-15 minutes it was solved.

Good customer service

Good customer service. I forgot to enter my first order discount code, and they wound up giving me a credit for it. The merchandise seems to be of good quality. I haven't used them yet because we don't have any snow. Quick shipping.

Terrible items. The thing stopped

Terrible items. The thing stopped working on day one. They said I'd get my money back, but now they're offering only store credit or a new one. The replacement has been unavailable for more than a month, and they want me to send back the original unit, even though they said it couldn't be fixed and didn't mention needing it. I tossed the original unit, not knowing they'd want it for a refund. Went through a bunch of tests twice before they decided it couldn't be fixed. Can't talk to the bosses, they only call you back. This company seems really sketchy.

No refund despite valid warranty

I submitted a refund request on May 22 under my valid 2-year warranty. I met all the required conditions and was told to discard the defective unit, which I did. I was assured I would be refunded and provided my banking information through their payment platform. It’s now June 17, and I’ve received nothing — no refund, no confirmation, and no response. All their support emails bounce back or are full. I’m now being ignored. Very disappointed after trusting this brand.

I ordered three lightweight hoses.

I ordered three lightweight hoses. Every one started leaking after a few weeks of usage. I got them replaced under warranty, but those all failed too. I asked for a complete refund, and it was a frustrating process going back and forth with support. Eventually, I agreed to receive a different hose type and got three of those. These hoses are stronger, but my wife HATES them. They are hard to handle and, yes, they do kink.

This company owes almost 100k

This company owes almost 100k to people who worked really hard. JS Freight transported goods for them tirelessly. Snow Joe messed up their business. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company. A lawsuit has been filed, and I hope these dishonest individuals face consequences.
