Water Drop company is pretty good.

Water Drop company is pretty good. Their delivery was on time, and the package was safe. Their website gives lots of info. Instructions are easy, which helps. Everything needed was there. I got the RO 600G, cheaper than the new one. Price was fair. Had to wait for an electrician. Water tastes like water, but that's fine. I'm sure my Lake Michigan water is clean now. Happy I got this RO system.

In fact, it performed so well at our beach house that I'm now ordering another unit for our primary residence.

I really liked the K6 instant hot RO.

I really liked the K6 instant hot RO. Also, the countertop instant hot is great for my vacation home. It might not suit everyone as it needs refilling once or twice daily. But it's simple, and we only use it for 4 months yearly. I wish the K6 undercounter had preset temps.

I had an amazing time with customer service, unlike anything I've had before. We set up our Waterdrop system last September. It's working really well. The water tastes amazing! My experience with the customer service was a 10 out of 5, if that's even possible.

This unit performs well with good water

This unit performs well with good water filtration. I had it set up by a professional plumber, and it has been working as expected. The only issue I have is the noticeable TDS "creep." The filtered water needs to run for a few minutes before the TDS reading drops to about 12. Initially, it’s around 78.
