Experiencing a shitty journey with this company as I continue to grapple with unresolved issues. The live chat consistently kicks me off, adding to the exasperation. Every attempt to communicate through email has been met with rejection, amplifying my dissatisfaction. Frankly, the whole experience has left me regretting my decision to purchase their cameras. If anyone has information on contacting the ombudsman or a relevant authority, kindly share it here.
