Despite equipment issues, Nick, the service person, ensured that all vents were thoroughly cleaned. He restarted the machine multiple times to guarantee a job well done. This is my second time using the company, and I would give them a rating of 100 stars! Many thanks, and Happy Thanksgiving!

I am pleased with the service from Quality Air Duct Cleaners. The personnel arrived on time, demonstrated professionalism, and were courteous throughout the process. They addressed all my questions, provided a clear explanation of their cleaning procedure, and even showed me the results.

The company's work was good, quick, and simple. The only downside is the gas smell after they shut down their machine. Our house smells like gas, but it's alright. We deal with it.

Timing wasn't perfect with the reschedule, but the service was worth the wait. The technician was very professional and took the time to clean every vent around the house.

Very nice service tech.
Very nice service tech. My dryer vent is on the second floor and he cleaned it from the inside, but I expected him to check it from the roof too. Dryer is still slow at drying, not sure if it's blocked outside.

I am disappointed with the service
I am disappointed with the service provided by Quality Air Duct Cleaners. The use of compressed air around the outside of the ducts resulted in blowing dust around the entire house, spreading it into every room. This led to extensive cleaning after they left. While it loosened up dust in the ducts, it didn't effectively remove much of it, as dust continued to blow out for several days, accompanied by a lingering bad odor.
