The product and customer service are really good. I got my order within a week. Out of six boxes I ordered, four arrived. Two of those were damaged, but the plastic edges protected the contents. I think WVH shouldn't be blamed for shipping damage, so I give them five stars. They're sending a new box quickly. Their service is great.

Great product that looks amazing in our master bedroom. Matched perfectly with concrete look tiles for a really great effect. Loved the extra long panels, which were perfect for our 11' ceilings and gave a smooth finish. Arrived exactly when promised for our closing. Customer service was quick to reply and really nice to work with.

I understand that the material is crafted

I understand that the material is crafted from finger-joint pine and coated with a vynil wrap that looks just like the real thing. For customers, I think your prices are fair, but for wholesale buyers like me, it needs to be lower so we can add a reasonable mark-up. Any assistance would be really useful!! Thanks
