I placed an order with the company and encountered some issues. After a phone call notifying me of back-ordered items, I authorized the shipment of the available items while awaiting the rest. Unfortunately, not only did I not receive the partial order, but the entire order was canceled without notice. Despite my attempts to reach out via email, there was no response. Upon calling, I was informed that the representative had supposedly made multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact me, leading to the cancellation. Despite only receiving one call, I was blamed for the situation. The suggestion to provide credit card information for order placement added an unnecessary layer of complexity. This experience has left me contemplating whether to continue with this company. Disappointing.

RSH, seriously, why the mystery on shipping costs? It's like they give you a sweet deal upfront but then BAM – they hit you with unexpected shipping charges that leave your wallet gasping for air. I snagged three small epoxy tubes, and suddenly my $60 order turned into a $90 wallet-vanishing act. Not cool, RSH, not cool at all! 🤨

They claim most stuff ships fast from the local warehouse, but here's the kicker – our rep knows we always order these gloves, and on the last go, we only got some of them, and the rest are playing hide-and-seek in the backorder abyss.
