Scam and horrible service

It took me forever to get the basic instructions in the return, for which I have to pay myself. They never tell yiu that they will ignore and evade your questions for days. It is really ,and I mean, REALLY hard to get any information on the shipping status, ans returns. Very unreliable, cannot wait to get my refund and block them everywhere I can.

I ordered around 8 products after seeing an Instagram ad and reading some reviews, and I was happy with my choice. The brami tops fit so well, and I’m actually wearing the black, long-sleeve, open back dress right now. I decided to ask for a refund on 4 of the items, and they offered me an exchange instead. (It was easy to just send a quick message via WhatsApp to start the exchange.) I willingly paid the shipping fee for the exchange and will wait for my new items to come. I believe the quality of the new pieces will be just as good as the ones I’m keeping. Just a note for petite ladies like me (I’m 5’0, 101lbs), I noticed that some items were a bit too big for my size (even the XS), which is why I chose to return/exchange them. Otherwise, I’m very happy with the quality and cost of the clothes. They are classic, stylish, and timele pieces that feel great to wear.

I ordered two vests, and they came fast but were a bit tight. I reached out to customer service, and they were great. I needed to swap for a bigger size and change one color since summer was ending and I wanted both to fit. OGL's customer service stayed in touch, guiding me on how to move forward and when to expect my new items. I'm very pleased. This is my second buy from OGL, and they are now my top pick for stylish fashion, lovely fabric, and a good price range. HIGHLY recommend.

I really like when customer service is good! This was my first time getting clothes from this company, and I picked out some things for a trip that mixed work and fun. After buying, I saw the trip was closer than I thought! I contacted support to see if my order could come faster. Bonnie helped me out and even suggested other items since one of mine was not avaiable. I hope the package gets here in time for the trip, but I'm still happy to wear my new stuff soon!

I want to say thank you to Bonnie for her help. I wasn’t happy with the products and wanted to return them, so I emailed right away. Sadly, I didn’t get a reply for almost 20 days, which was quite annoying. But once Bonnie got involved, everything changed. She was quick, clear, and very helpful in walking me through the return process. While I am grateful for Bonnie’s support, I hope the response time can get better going forward for a more seamless experience.

I bought the high waisted straight leg pull on pants in 3 colors and I am so happy with them. They are super soft, comfy, and the quality is really good! At first, I ordered one color in the wrong size since I'm kind of between sizes, but I needed to exchange it. Customer service was quick to respond and helped with the exchange really fast. Shopping online for clothes is like playing roulette, and thinking about having to return or exchange them can really stress anyone out. But the product quality, especially the thermal material, along with great customer service, really makes this a site I’ll come back to. I know many people choose Amazon because of how easy returns are, but OGL’s style, quality, and prices are really good, and when they make exchanges simple, it’s totally worth it.

I placed a big order that wasn’t fitting well. Talked to Bonnie, the rep, and told her I thought the sizes were a little small. She helped me swap all the items for the correct sizes! It’s really nice to see a company care about their products like this. I really like the materials and the quality of each thing I got. I wear low backs and bra tops all summer, so these work great for me. OGL gained another “lifer”! Strongly suggest!

But when I reached out to them, they sent my order within three days, which I really liked because they replied fast. Everything arrived in great shape and was packed well. I got a few dresses, some tops, and a skirt. I’ve been wearing them a lot this winter. The items are good for work and also going out in the evening. I’m glad I discovered this brand.

I’m excited to get the new top, try it on, and give an update on how it holds up after washing, plus how durable this fantastic brand is that focuses on being eco-friendly. Picking the right size is tricky when your measurements fall "in between". I got one long sleeve in Large and picked Medium for two tank tops to test things out. When the order came, the Medium ones didn’t fit right and felt a bit tight. That made me kinda dissapointed, but swapping them was quick and simple. I plan to get more stuff later.
