I had a great time at the Jessa Kae showroom when I was in Utah. The showroom was beautifully set up with relaxing music playing. There were so many lovely dresses to choose from, and I finally picked two that I’m sure I’ll wear often over the next few seasons. I can’t wait to visit again next time I’m in Utah or shop online like I’ve done before!

The team at the store was really friendly

The team at the store was really friendly and helped me find the perfect dress. I loved how the dresses fit, and the sizing was easy to figure out thanks to their wide selection. I’m happy with my choice, and it made shopping for a dress much more pleasant than I thought it would be.

Lovely fitting rooms, lovely showroom! I enjoyed trying on many stunning dresses... I ended up leaving with 4 when I just planned to get 1!

So there I was, waiting for a package that seemed to have vanished into thin air. The company had promised to resend it after the first one mysteriously disappeared. But guess what? The second one never showed up either. It said "delivered," but there was no package in sight. I did the usual rounds—asked my neighbors, scoured my property—but came up empty-handed. It's super frustrating when you're expecting something and it just doesn't arrive. I really hoped for a better outcome the second time around, but now I'm just left wondering what went wrong. It's like my packages entered some kind of Bermuda Triangle for deliveries.

I gotta tell you about

I gotta tell you about my experience with this store. Their return policy is just absurd. They don't refund to the original payment source, which is already pretty silly. Plus, they only give you 20 days from the purchase date to return stuff. I was moving and couldn't return my order in time, and when I finally got around to it, my return was denied. Most other stores give you 30 days from when you get the item, not from when you buy it. 20 days is just not enough. Also, the dress I bought was way too big and looked nothing like the picture. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place.

I had a terrible experience

I had a terrible experience with this company. Bought a dress for $250, and the zipper was broken right out of the box. When I contacted them for a refund, they just brushed me off because it was past their 20-day return policy. They actually said zippers lose their grip over time. But I never even wore the dress and only bought it two months ago! It’s frustrating that they wouldn’t take responsibility for their faulty product. Honestly, save your money and shop somewhere else where they care about quality and customer service.
