I was really impressed with the quality of the product and the incredible amount of customization Varsity Base provides. From adding your own patches, text, and letters to choosing materials and colors — everything is made to help you design a one-of-a-kind letterman jacket. Their customer service was also great. I requested a custom sleeve size, and they took care of it easily with no problems. This site is perfect for anyone who wants to showcase their personality through their clothing. Five stars all the way

I made my order with a lot of excitement after seeing the great presentation on the website. It took 5 weeks to receive the product, so I was a bit anxious, but the customer service team was quick to answer all my questions. It did take longer than I hoped for, but it was worth the wait. The quality and details of the product are amazing and it really went beyond what I imagined. Once it was shipped, the delivery through FedEx was quick, and there were no issues with customs. Highly recommended and worth the wait.

The quality of my personalized jacket is fantastic. My only issue is that the blue color shown in my online design didn't match the actual blue color of my jacket at all. I suggest that the real color of materials be sent to customers via email once the online design is finished.

Awesome way to creat your own special jacket. The communication is great and you’re informed at every step. The quality is fantastic and very good value. Shipped to the UK and the entire process took just 6 weeks. Would definitely recommend.

The colors on the website are totally different from what I received, my custom jacket’s colors don’t match at all, and the size is off too. This is after a lot of communication to make sure everything would be correct.

I'm beyond frustrated with this

I'm beyond frustrated with this place. Ordered a jacket, they promised pics of it almost four days ago, and said it would ship on Monday. Still no pics, so there's no way I'm getting it on time. Feels like I've just thrown my money away. The customer service has been a total disaster, can't get a straight answer about anything. They clearly have no idea about their own shipping timelines. This whole experience has been a huge headache, and honestly, I want my money back now. Seriously, do yourself a favor and avoid shopping here.
