On February 4th, 2024, I ordered three dresses, expecting a reasonable delivery time. However, weeks passed with the status stuck at "awaiting shipment." After reaching out, I was informed of a delay due to the dresses being custom-made for quality assurance. While their website did mention a 20-business-day shipping window, the lack of transparency was frustrating. It's disappointing that it took nearly three weeks to receive a response to my inquiry. Considering the extended delay, I'm contemplating escalating the issue to PayPal for a refund if the deadline isn't met. This experience has left me hesitant to shop with them again.
