I purchased a pair of leather gloves online.
I purchased a pair of leather gloves online. The ordering process was simple and the delivery was on time. However, I'm not sure how to request a replacement if the gloves turn out to be too small. Since the item is a gift for a birthday on April 25th, I won’t know until then whether I need to take any action. What should I do if I need to get a larger size and return the ones I’ve got?

Fair prices. Delivery takes a bit longer than expected. Reaching out to Frasers is a bit annoying. I couldn't find any clear 'contact us' section on the website, so I had to cover the postage for a damaged item I needed to send back.
