    WARNING! This company is the worst I have ever used.

    WARNING! This company is the worst I have ever used. I bought something but never got it, so I contacted them. At first, they gave me a confirmation number and that was all. They said my package was delivered and left near my mailbox or porch. I live in a tall building, so that makes no sense. Now they say they can’t help me because I don’t have an order number. Which one is true, delivered or not sent? Please explain. So many careless people working there. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, and I’ll tell everyone I know to avoid them too. I want a refund. Looks like I have to find their corporate contacts.

    Today I needed to do a last-minute bra exchange with Shecurve - talk about cutting it close to the deadline! The cup was too big, and honestly, I didn’t really know how the exchange worked. But honestly, the whole thing was really easy! From the moment I contacted them, they were quick, nice, and gave me a fix that fit my needs well. Not once did I feel like I was a bother or just a number—they made me feel noticed and cared for. It’s so nice to deal with a company that knows what they’re doing!     I bought a couple of bras but sadly picked 2 with the wrong cup size. I contacted SheCurve by email to swap them for the right size. The customer service was really good, even better than I thought. They were quick and polite and dealt with it very professionally. They told me to keep the bras and gave me a credit instead. The return or exchange would have taken only a moment, so I’m happy with the credit. I will for sure shop here again!!

    I needed my product, but the delivery driver mistakenly dropped it off at the wrong address. I reached out to SheCurve via email, and they replied almost immediately. They were really helpful in getting my order to the right place. When I received the item, the material and overall quality were just what I hoped for. I weigh 165 and my height is 4'11. I ordered a medium, but I should've gone with a small. Still, the product is great and super comfortable!

    The chat and phone support are useless.

    The chat and phone support are useless. Email replies take forever. Orders take about a month to arrive, and by the time they do, they're no good anymore. I emailed customer service on 1-14-25 to return unopened items, but it took them a week to respond. They told me to keep the items and offered a $70 refund (which is less than half of what I paid), calling it a "gesture of goodwill." I agreed to pay for return shipping but haven't heard back since.

    I bought 2 bras in 36D, they came marked 36D but didn't fit the same. One had a smaller cup that didn't fit right, the other one was loose around. I emailed to stop the order before it went out cause the site says you can do that, but nobody got back to me. They mailed them anyway. I wrote them more times, still no reply. I left a comment on their Facebook and it disapeared.

    I usually wear size 40-42 DDD, so I got a 2XL. The bra didn’t fit right. The cup sizes are really wrong, much too small. I asked about a refund and how to send it back, but they told me to keep it and said I’d get $10 for my next buy (which I never got.) Looks like they don’t give full refunds.

    Still waiting for a product they was delivered

    I ordered several items from this store on June 26 and I have been watching the deliver tracking on this order for the last couple of days. As of yesterday July 15 the package was in Dongguan China. I live in Missouri, USA, so a few thousand miles apart. Today July 16, I received an email that my package was delivered. I looked at my Ring camera and there is no package. So I went outside to see if the package was in my mailbox. Not there either. Looked all around my house. Not there. There is no package. I have contacted customer support and received no response. I have tried calling their customer support phone number and it states that the call cannot be completed. The conclusion I am coming to is that this company is a complete sham and they have stolen from me. All parties that are saying these products are great are in on the sham and theft. I will be contesting my charge on my credit card and filing a report with the BBB.

    I ordered this bodysuit in early January and even paid the extra 1499 or 1299 for expedited shipping. My package showed up two weeks ago, at the end of March. I contacted them, but it felt like the person replying was a bit rude. I asked for a refund but never got a reply. I ended up calling my bank, and I got my money back, but the package still arrived about a month later. It was frustrating that I didn’t know it was still coming. Their communication is poor, and they really need to clarify their shipping policies. If it's not going to be the timeframe promised at checkout, they should make that clear. Very bad customer service.

    Poor shipping methods

    I ordered my item on the 20th of June. Did not receive tracking number until I emailed the company a week later asking about my order. I received two emails stating it will take 15 business day for my order to be processed & shipped. Unacceptable!!!! I understand the time is shipping & being processed in another country, but it does not take 2 months. I did not have to pay import duty tax. I asked for them to cancel & refund me my order. I was told on the 4th of July my order has been processed & they cannot issues a refund! I can return the item when it comes..

Sizing is very poor and if you try and get a refund they will charge you over 75% of the cost for logistics and will only offer you a good will gesture of 25% …..but you can keep the goods ….     I purchased a bathing suit that offered support. It was cheaply made with no support and when I tried to return it the only offered a 20% discount. This is not a company that stands behind its products
