I recently ordered hiking boots
I recently ordered hiking boots from an online store, and it was a nightmare. I ordered my usual size, but the boots I received were way too big. So, I decided to return them. The process seemed simple enough at first, with them arranging a courier to pick up the boots. But when I dropped them off, I found out they were being sent to the Netherlands, which I didn't expect.
After dropping them off on October 5th, I was given a UPS tracking number. Days passed, and there was no movement. By October 19th, still nothing, so I emailed customer service. No reply. I sent another email on October 24th, and then started messaging them on social media. Finally, on October 29th, I got a response on Instagram, directing me back to the same email.
I eventually got through on live chat, only to be met by an incredibly rude advisor named Maria. She insisted they hadn’t received my emails and offered no apologies for the delay or poor communication. She finally told me the boots had been picked up on October 29th, with no explanation for the delay.
Now I’m stuck waiting even longer for a refund. This was the worst customer service experience ever. Avoid ordering directly from them; if you must buy their boots, go through a dealer with good customer service.
