My experience has been decent for each pair of shoes I have bought from SHOEBACCA. I have ordered a few pairs online from SHOEBACCA over the past few months. The ordering process has been fairly simple, and the shipping was quick too. The sale prices have been very attractive, which caught my eye at first. SHOEBACCA is doing a good job in offering quality, brand name footwear at really low prices.

I ordered two different pairs of shoes since I wasn't sure about fit and the free, EASY, return for the pair that didn't fit was awesome! Definitely going to keep Shoebacca on my radar for the next pair of shoes I'm shopping for.

My experience was good with SHOEBACCA for every shoe I bought. I got many shoes online in the last few months. The ordering was easy and the deliveries were fast. The prices were low which caught my eye. SHOEBACCA did a good job providing quality shoes at low prices.

I ordered some Lane cowboy boots from the website. Delivery was quick, but when they showed up, the Lane box was banged up bad and real dusty. The red and white Shoebacca box was fine tho. I spent close to 300 bucks on these boots and got a dirty, messed up box in return (my hands got all dirty touching it)? Not cool. I sent the boots back.

Bought shoes twice off tiktok. First ones were too big so had to return them. Second pair came not as good as the first. Box was messed up, shoes had little marks, no paper except the one stuffed inside, and laces were all undone like someone tryed them on. I still kept them 'cause I liked how they looked and they fit fine. Messaged them about maybe getting some money back. Service was really bad. Talked to different people each time, and none said the same thing. They said tiktok don't allow refunds but I’m not sure that’s true. If it is, they could still offer something. After that they just stoped caring and didn’t help. If they had done better I would have got more shoes from them, but they let me down.

Avoid buying from this company if you want to keep your money. I ordered boots about a month ago. From what I can see with the tracking, they never sent them out. When I filed a claim with UPS, they said it was resolved and I couldn't get a refund. It looks like they never shipped the boots, blamed UPS, and since UPS couldn’t find the package (because it was never sent), they just kept my money. I don’t mind giving money to charities, but I’m fed up with acting like businesses are one. They have no responsiblity and don’t care about their customers.

I couldn’t change my shipping address before anything was processed, so I won’t be getting my package. They haven’t shipped it yet, but still refuse to update the address. I called and tried to cancel right away, but they told me to contact USPS, and USPS said they couldn't guarantee anything. Poor customer service from this company.

Despite reaching out through various channels, including phone calls, there was no genuine acknowledgment, apology, or effort to rectify the situation. The customer service was unhelpful, providing no insight into the root cause or even confirming the item's availability. Their solution? Return the shoes, await a refund, and consider repurchasing in the future. This leaves me without a Christmas present just five days before the occasion, and I've wasted time on repackaging. I won't tolerate such a tone and have decided not to make any future purchases from them. It's truly baffling.

Avoid buying from this website! I bought the All Black Puma Racer Marble Sneakers Size 9 for my mom as a Christmas gift since PUMA didn't have them. Big mistake! The shoes not only don't fit, but walking in them feels like you're on pure rubber. And to top it off, the shoes arrived all squished, just like the messed-up box they came in. Absolutely unbelievable!

This company needs to be closed down right now! Terrible customer service! They are quick to take your money, but when you ask for a return/refund, they make you wait forever. I’m at 12 days now and still no refund, this is ridiculous! DO NOT BUY HERE, I WILL REPORT THEM TO THE BBB AND CONSUMER AGENCY.
