The shoes are more about looks than durability

The shoes are more about looks than durability – they are designed in a unique way and look great, but they aren’t made to last. I’ve had three pairs from Koi, and one was totally unusable because they didn’t fit my feet well and squeaked loudly, and that never stopped. The other two pairs fell apart in just three months. I won’t be purchasing again. Too much time has passed to contact customer service, so I hope the company won’t suggest that - I’m not asking for anything, just sharing my story. Fortunately, they are inexpensive, so if you need a pair of shoes that look nice for a short time, go ahead.

The wait for my order was way too long, but it seems like it was mostly due to FEDEX. I got the shoes just in time for my event, though, so it turned out alright. I've shopped here before and this isn't usually a problem.

I got some heeled boots, came quick, worn a lot for 2 months, then heels started peeling. Sent pics, they sent new ones, fast! Great help, easy and dependable. Hope shoes are better now.
