I recently got a second Kuranda

I recently got a second Kuranda bed for my lovely Bella. This time we went for the X-Large, and it's just perfect for her (68 pounds) boxer/bulldog mix. Our first Kuranda bed, a Large size, served us well for over 8 years, but it was time for a replacement. I can't stress enough the incredible quality of Kuranda beds with PVC framing. I've recommended Kuranda to several folks, and they all love their beds too! Not to forget, their customer service is top-notch. When I needed to call for a minor issue while assembling the bed, I actually got to speak with a real live person, which is quite rare these days. Chris and Travis were both professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Bella and I couldn't be happier!

Happy with this dog bed. Very good quality. The pillow top fits well and stays on top of the bed because of the attachment loops. Assembly instructions are easy to understand and the parts are somewhat easy to put together. Although it's simple enough for one person to assemble alone, the assembly was made 1000 times easier with a second person to hold the parts while you tighten the scres.

Kuranda Dog Beds was great! We just started using them at our kennel. Beds seem strong, easy to clean. Customer service was awesome! Quick with replies. Had a shipping mix up, but they fixed it right away and compensated us generously! Good experience, will order again if needed.

The product is fantastic and really durable. However, it's pretty pricey. I'd give it a much higher rating if it weren't for their abysmal customer service. They completely ignore your messages. If you're shelling out $250 for a dog bed, it's only fair to expect decent communication, especially if there's a problem with your order.

My recent purchase of XL beds

My recent purchase of XL beds with vinyl covers left me thoroughly disappointed. The new cord design is a letdown, being smaller and less sturdy than its predecessor. Sadly, it pulls out easily, making the vinyl covers a regrettable choice. Opting for cloth covers is my only recourse, despite their inferior cleanup performance. The changes in quality are disheartening, forcing me to reconsider my loyalty to the company.
