After much trial and error and expense

After much trial and error and expense, I discovered that my choosy cat only likes the smooth chicken and can tolerate the ground chicken. Surprisingly, no fish or cow. The food comes in a 200 calorie pack which helps with weight management. I have a small freezer so a lot of space goes to cat food, but my house is mostly for cat toys. I order monthly and have for a year. A local pet store now carries Smalls, but they don't have "our flavor" so it's not much help. Overall, we're pleased. Wish the plastic was compostable, though.

The quality of your food is decent, but your online system is a mess. I’ve changed my order multiple times, yet I keep getting way too much food. I now have so much food that it will take my cat ages to finish it. Because of this, I’m thinking of canceling my subscription.

I'm still figuring out which flavors my six rescue cats prefer, but once I know, I'll definitely be ordering more. It's a bit of a circus at home, with cats ranging from 4 to 18 years old, including one diabetic, one with CH, and one with no teeth. It's a challenge, but the support here makes it a lot easier. Hoping someone can fix my picture, though! That’s how I feel trying to please all these furballs.
