My experience with this company's customer service aligns with the negative reviews, particularly regarding the retrieval of my merchandise ordered over 5 weeks ago. The absence of a phone number and chat support adds to the frustration, while the so-called "Happiness Team" fails to respond to emails promptly or address customer concerns.
My order for 2 dog tags on January 24, 2024, was confirmed on 1/26, with the charge promptly reflected on my credit card. Upon inquiring about the delayed order on 2/16, I received a response the same day, attributing the delay to an address issue. After confirming the address, I was asked to rate the "HAPPINESS TEAM," to which I expressed my inability to do so due to the lack of resolution and communication. No further response was received.
Despite my follow-up on 2/26, as of 3/3, there has been no response from the company. To address the persistent issue, I have involved my credit card company for an investigation and charge removal. This experience reflects a clear disregard for customer satisfaction, and I would advise seeking alternative sources for pet needs to avoid similar inconveniences.
