The customer service was helpful, and I appreciate resolving the issue. Since my first order, I've been a satisfied customer, and my dogs have benefited too. No more itching, ear shaking, or unpleasant odors. I hope more companies prioritize customer service like this one.

Seems like decent stuff. Only issue I ended up with two instead of one and barely used half of the first jar before getting another. What I got it for was treating ear infections in my dog. Will see how he does over time.
