I've had to reach out to Hostinger Support several times

I've had to reach out to Hostinger Support several times, but not because of anything hard on their end. The latest case was a site migration and the previous host had set up some custom stuff in a PHP file. I would have never found it, but after talking to support they fixed this in like 30 seconds. Hostinger is a really easy platform to use too. Especially if you aren't deep into the weeds on hosting, DNS, PHP, and file managment. The out of the box stuff sets up easy but still lets you get into the higher level customizations as much as you need to.

Whenever I encounter a problem, I quickly log on and seek help through the chat on the website, and most of the time I receive answers from the chat box. I recognize that serving all customers worldwide at once might take a bit of time, but the services I've received so far are quite good. I appreciate your patience in managing such large tasks with your skills and technical efforts—thank you very much.

Very nice and calm people

Very nice and calm people. They didn't hurry me. I had some tech problems on the website. I needed to move the site to another hosting plan on the same server. There were issues with old plugins and the site kept redirecting to bad websites. It took nearly an hour to fix, but we did it together. So, a big thank you! Great help is what sets one company apart from others! So, good luck, guys!

Hostinger's customer support is great. The AI assistant works well, and when you need to talk to a person, they're trained, professional, quick, and nice. Camila, my recent contact, was helpful and patient. Their hosting, web, domain, and email services are reliable, fast, and good value. We specialize in WordPress speed improvement and recommend Hostinger happily.

Dese people are amazing. I had an issue wit my photos not showing on two of my web sites. I emailed them askin what to do. Dey didn't tell me what to do but just fixed da problem which was beyond my expertise. Happened within da hour NOT days. I love dem.
