I just bought my first custom laptop, and I love how I had so many different options and was able to customize components of the laptop that I want. There were also plenty of support options in case I had questions, and they were also very nice with welcome messages.

I've gotten my second laptop from Xotic, and I'll definitely be returning. My first one was good, and I like the choices for customizing and the prices. Some other companies might have flashy systems, but they're not any better than what Xotic offers for cheaper!

I ordered from xotic pc several years ago, that laptop has been rock solid. I've always built my own custom gaming rig, but when it comes to custom laptops this is the place to buy from. Great laptops with quality parts, and pricing is great.

My time with Xoticpc was great, my 1st computer lasted 10 years and still works. With 192gb of RAM and cooling gear on my 2nd Xoticpc, I think my new MSI comp will last even longer!

The encounter with the company has been okay. The payment instructions through wire transfer show different prices, which is a positive surprise (they're lower), but the receipt is difficult to read. I wish they enhance this aspect, and I'm optimistic that the remaining steps go smoothly.

I had a positive experience with Xotic PC. I traded in my old laptop and received a decent amount of credit towards my new laptop. Their support team was quick and helpful. I'm still waiting for my new laptop to ship, but I hope it arrives soon!

My laptop came in good condition, but I faced many issues installing my OS because I didn't have another working PC. The laptop is good, but VERY loud! Despite loud fans, it stays quite warm, averaging about 60 degrees C during normal web browsing and 90 degrees C during heavier tasks. $50 for extra thermal pads seemed costly. I'd buy from XOTIC again, but I learned some lessons. Also, the $25 discount on a $1,839 purchase was a bit disappointing, but 1.75% off is better than nothing, so no real complaints.

Processing time promises are mere illusions – rush build translates to a speedy trip to disappointment. Their advertised laptop stock? Mostly smoke and mirrors. They gladly pocket your cash, then scramble to order from elsewhere, shipping at their leisure. Stick to the script amid delays, leaving customers irate with vague promises of a "similar machine." Canceling orders? Brace for a hefty 20% restocking fee, regardless of your PC's whereabouts. Sending your machine for repairs is akin to a distress signal lost in a void – the odds of seeing your tech again, let alone functioning, are slim. This company is a sham, a scam, and a downright disgrace. Save your sanity and money; steer clear.

Wouldn't recommend them

I ordered the latest Asus ROG Strix laptop, thinking it was in stock. Turns out, they hadn't even received it from ASUS yet! Placed my order on June 21st, paid extra for a rush build, just added some RAM and an SSD heatsink. It's been 15 days, and the laptop hasn't shipped. Before ordering, I asked their support when it'd be ready, explaining I had a deadline because I'm leaving the USA. They promised it'd be sent before now, but it's still stuck in Q&A since July 1st. Really frustrating situation. Thought I'd be gaming by now, but here I am, laptop-less and disappointed. Wouldn't recommend them based on this experience.
