    I had the pleasure of interacting with one of your Customer Care Associates, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. When I visited the official website of the internet provider I was interested in, their base price was listed at sixty-five dollars. However, your associate not only started the price at forty-nine dollars and ninety-nine cents but also managed to secure an additional ten-dollar discount from the total. The associate was not only informative but also incredibly patient throughout the process. Although I regret not knowing his name, I can provide my order number, 27679937, which might help identify him. I usually don't respond to review requests, but in this instance, I am more than happy to leave a glowing review. The outstanding service I received deserves to be acknowledged. Thank you.

    The person I spoke to on

    The person I spoke to on the phone was really nice and answered my questions honestly. They also made sure they were saying my name correctly, which doesn't always happen with other companies. They called me back quickly and sorted everything out within a few hours, even though they said it might take up to 24 hours. It was good to have the same person call me back and they remembered things I had said before. They're a great representative for your company, and I'm glad my first interaction was with them. It makes me confident that I made the right choice going with you.

    We contacted Appliance Connection randomly after doing an internet search. We worked with representative Danielle Coleman who made the process seemless, easy and super efficient in meeting our needs. We had ordered our dream stove in a quick manor after she had carefully answered all our questions and walked us though each step. Amazing customer service. We will be returning to Appliances Connection for all our appliance needs in the future.

    Marco was very professional. But Centry Link's advertising is misleading. When you change your address on mymove.com, it says Centry Link has a special offer: Free tech installation worth $129 and $55 monthly. Marco said it expired. I think it should be honored because that's how I was referred. Waiting a month for installation is not good. Why does it take a month?

    I had to call twice, which was a bit annoying. The first time, I got things ready for AT&T internet, but they said I had to pay a deposit. When I called back the next day to pay, they told me the service wasn’t even available in my area. At least the people on the phone were helpful both times. No issues with the way they talked to me.

    Agent was nice and friendly.

    Agent was nice and friendly. However, got wrong info about AT&T Fiber from the website. Can't change activation date by myself online. Need to contact call center, and that takes time. Also, this needs to hapen every month since I asked for activation in May 2026. I’ll deal with it.

    All went as planned, but we had one issue with the setup. After they connected the wifi fibers, the technicians didn't return to check if it was working properly. They also spent the whole day running the fiber and finding the connection; it took much longer than "up to four hours." The tech arrived at 8:15am and finished at 3:30pm.

    I'm perplexed about the purpose of this company. While they completed their job, I'm encountering issues initiating my service with Frontier. My confidence in the necessity of this company has diminished, especially considering my current situation. Unsubscribing from their frequent self-promotional links has proven impossible. I'd be willing to reconsider my feedback if I can locate the unsubscribe link, which seems mysteriously absent from all promotional pages. What could be the reason? As an update, I've received courteous notes from the company and have been directed to an unsubscribe link that I hadn't noticed before. I appreciate their efforts and willingness to guide me to the unsubscribe option. I retract my initial complaint and am pleased that those who prefer not to receive postings from Allconnect can indeed opt out.
