Tripti was really helpfull, any time I needed help
Tripti was really helpfull, any time I needed help I contacted customer service and she always sorted it out nicely, I never ended a chat with her feeling let down We had to wash the dishs by hand for a week still. But sometimes the best talks come when one washes and someone else drys.

I didn’t really want to call since the router should
I didn’t really want to call since the router should have been ready, but had no choice. The person helping me was nice and walked me through the steps even tho I got a bit confuzed at times. Whole thing took around 15 minutes. If I didn’t need to ring them to start with, I’d give 5 stars.
