I had some doubts about using the "back door" method to access my CDL records and other info, but I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, after reviewing the records, I had to cancel my order and now I'm waiting for my refund [which was initiated today & cancelled TODAY!]... Time to get to work.

This company is a sham! They lure you in with promises of info, then make you click forever just to say you gotta subscribe (one month min) for the report. I might've signed up if they didn't blatantly waste my time. If Google blocked companies, they'd block this one.

Rip-off artists.

Rip-off artists. The company offers nothing but a mix of wrong, old info, and this report had details from other people as if they were mine. Their promise to keep things current is a lie. Nothing I found about the person I looked up was new. Actually, my own data was much more detailed. I talked on the phone with a truthfinder rep on 19 August 2024 about these problems. Was told how to cancel online, since the rep can’t do it for clients. I did cancel right after the call. Today, 20 August 2024, truthfinder charged me again through 21 September 2024. I had to visit in person to cancel AGAIN, as that membership seemed to have come back. I reported this fraud to my credit card’s bank, so now I need to wait for a new card and contact all the vendors I have repeat payments with. DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID!

This company is just trash!

Seems like a scam. Can't give any helpful feedback. It just takes ur money (paid sub) & after waitin' 15 mins 4 my report, gives us a green spinning beach ball from hell! That's it. "Pls be patient. Don't refresh, close or press back button." for 10 mins & counting. I reckon this is anotha "Hard workin'" rich kid rippin' people off! Disgustin'! Recommend a stint in prison 4 fraud & scrap this platform. That's as constructive as I can get here! Addition: Now I can't even log in? Nothin' more infuriatin' than payin' 4 things that don't work! Feelin' RIPPED OFF!

What a waste of time! The website is full of fake timers and loading bars that just make you waste time until you feel like you've wasted so much time that you should just pay to see the info. And when you do, you realize they don't have any more info than what you can find online for free. Terrible website, terrible company, terrible people.

They say there’s a “free” search, but you end up paying for the results. What’s free about that? They also waste a lot of your time with "timers" to lure you in. Make sure to cancel before you reach the registration page; it’s not worth it.

If I could give 0 stars, I definetly would. Just like others mentioned, the social media info is bogus. The person I searched has 3 known social media accounts, but it showed no social media. DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY!

Save your time. Access to info is locked behind a paywall, and they keep sending you alerts to purchase the report. You close one and another pops up until you finally block them in your browser settings.

Your website is seriously outdated! I mean, half the stuff on there is just plain wrong. It's frustrating to rely on inaccurate info. They need to step up their game and keep things current.
