A friend hired a so-called "expert" to rewire her old lamp, but the new sockets were so bad they broke right away during a simple bulb change. I had no experience with candelabra sockets, but thought I could manage. I found Grand Brass Lamp Parts and ordered a few extra sockets, just in case I made a mistake. These sockets were not only cheap enough to get extras, but they were also much better quality than the weak stuff the "expert" used to "fix" the lamp. I managed to rewire the lamp perfectly, and everyone was pleased. The shipping was quick too!

This is a great place to get light fixture parts all in one place. I’ll be coming back here instead of driving around or ordering from other sites. I got the brushed satin trims with the 3/8 fixture hole for support, for two 6" can light conversions. The 3/8 hole makes it easy to center, especially with the smaller pendent light box cover. It gives the customer a more personalized style, without having to spend a fortune on more costly trim conversions that are $80 each.

Great experience! I needed to rewire a lamp from the 1930s or 1940s and was looking for replacement parts. I sent some pictures, they replied with links to the parts, and... boom! My old lamp now has safe wiring. I'm really happy with the service!

Having been a loyal GB customer for years, I've consistently enjoyed swift deliveries and professional packaging. However, the recent website overhaul didn't resonate with me. The new design feels less user-friendly, particularly the cumbersome process of emailing the shopping cart. Despite this, GB's extensive product selection keeps me coming back for all my needs.

Grand Brass was a good experience overall. They made it easy to find and order parts for my fixture. They delivered what I saw on their site, but the quality of the 78mm. RS7 porcelain sockets I got wasn't great. The leads were too short, and the nuts were too thin. Plus, the fastener holes were drilled in weird spots, which made attaching them harder.

I've bought various lighting before

I've bought various lighting before, but I never tried building anything until now. I needed good brass parts for a street lantern, and Grand Brass had everything I needed. Their customer service was great too.

Two out of the four power cords

Two out of the four power cords arrived damaged with a 1 1/2 inch cut on one side of the zip cord! Had to do some splicing and heat shrinking to make them usable.
