Absolutely appalling ! If I could assign negative stars, I would. Steer clear of this company at all costs. Their deceptive tactics are mind-boggling. When attempting to contact our designated salesperson, "Gary," someone impersonated him on the phone, leading to a botched order. Despite settling on a larger dumpster and paying extra, they still delivered the smaller one. Dealing with this company was an absolute time-wasting nightmare. Beware of their shady business practices – a cautionary tale for potential customers!

I regret choosing this company. Their driver inconvenienced us, resulting in a $150 extra charge for a simple communication lapse. Another $150 charge surfaced mysteriously for alleged excessive dumpster weight, catching me off guard. This company operates questionably, hitting your card with unexplained fees. Beware of their lack of transparency and consider alternatives.
