I bought a shelf during their year-end sale.

I bought a shelf during their year-end sale. It came fast and I really like it: the build is strong, well-packaged, and arrived without any damage. I chose the unfinished version to match other shelves in the room, and it fits perfectly. It works as promised, and now I have my firearm nearby, but still secure from kids and anyone else who shouldn't be aware of it.

The Customer Service team

The Customer Service team at Tactical Traps are top notch. I called in with a problem with the Recon Smartwatch band being broken. All they asked me to do was email a picture showing the band was broken, and since the band cannot be repaired, they are sending me a replacement. The C.S. agent was knowledgeable and very helpful. I am very pleased!

The table I received was of good quality.

The table I received was of good quality. The fit, finish, and hardware were just as expected. The furniture is definitely a step up from what you'd find in larger stores at similar prices. My order took around 12 days to arrive. There was a missing part, but after sending an email to Tactical Traps, they sorted it out within a day.

This thing's awesome! The art and scrolling are spot on. Does what it says on the box with no problems. Fits perfectly in my man cave. Even got the wife's seal of approval! Thanks for the top notch storage unit. Definitely gonna tell my fam and friends about you.

One by the front door, one in the bedroom, and one close to my chair. I think I like them and the weapons stay hidden from the liberal daughter-in-law and the grand kids.

My backup batery pack stoped working, so I got a new one from Tactical Traps and they sent it fast. It opend my tactical shelf and I could use it again!!

At first, I had issues with

At first, I had issues with the pistol shelf not closing. Followed all the tips from vids but still no luck. Customer service got in touch fast, helped me fix it. Was amazed at how quick and good they were.

Their products are pretty

Their products are pretty darn cool. It's awesome that they're speedy with their responses, but sometimes they miss the mark when it comes to answering all your questions.

The replacement parts aren’t as good as the original ones.

The replacement parts aren’t as good as the original ones. I’ve had rfid locks break on two of their shelves. Bought manual replacements from them and they’re made of cheap plastic. Spent too much money on another rfid lock, and of course that one broke too. A lock box in a drawer is much better than these things. When you actually need them to work, they fail, and when you don’t, they stand out. I won’t be wasting my money on these guys again. Oh, and no matter how many times you unsubscribe, they keep sending you spam trying to sell you more of their junk.

I got a custom frame like the Family Rules to keep my Mossberg 500

I got a custom frame like the Family Rules to keep my Mossberg 500. They made the case really nice, it fits on the wall and looks really good. But it dosen't shut all the way when the shotgun is in the foam. I don’t know what shotgun is as slim as a handgun, so just be careful and ask before buying. Check your gun's size so you know it will fit, cause this didn’t work out the way I wanted.
