I ordered three glass kitchen light fixtures

I ordered three glass kitchen light fixtures, and they all looked good. One of them had a tiny crack, likely from the production process, as the packaging seemed fine. I considered keeping it, but since they were a bit expensive ($250 each), I reached out to customer service for a possible replacement. They told me to hold onto it for now and sent out a new one, which arrived in just a few days! Great support, especially with the holiday rush.

The chandelier arrived just 2 days after I ordered it. The packaging looked solid, but a small metal cap with a loop was damaged in transit, which stopped my electrician from hanging it. I contacted Customer Service, and they were very helpful and sorry about the broken part. I sent them a few photos, and they quickly sent a replacement. Now, I'm just waiting for the electrician to come back and hang it!

This was one of my best buys for my new master bath redo!! I looked all over for something unique. I’m not into the “trendy stuff”!! I wanted lights that fit my style, and I surely found the right ones!! One set came without a part. I reached out to the company right away and within a few days, I got an email saying the missing parts were already on their way! I would highly reccomened this company!!

The only thing I would note is the kind of FedEx shipping they picked didn’t let me send the package to a FedEx pick up place instead of my house (at least thats what the FedEx site said about few choices because of shipper selection), which I like better cause of theft problems where I live.

The company Shades of Light is really good. Our living room fan started making a weird noise after a year. My husband called them and we got a new one from the maker in a week. The person helping us, Alexus C., was really helpful and knew a lot. It was annoying to replace the fan so soon but getting a new one was easy. Thanks!

It arrived safely packaged, is a high-quality piece, and was simple to install. Very happy with it! :)
