Seriously disappointed with what

Seriously disappointed with what I got for the price! Paid over $400 a pop for these wood and metal display racks, and the quality of both the wood and finish is just plain low. I was expecting top-notch, but it's no better than something I could've snagged at a cheap hardware store. Definitely won't be giving this vendor another shot. Lesson learned the hard way.

I am very happy with everything about working with Wine Racks of America on our latest project. Dealing with Cameron on the plan was quite simple. We used the tiny space well to fit in a lot more bottles than we thought. The stuff arrived fast and the racks were easy for my builder to put up. I liked WRA's professionalism and good quality!

The shippin process went smooth.

The shippin process went smooth. The racks take a while to put together but simple. Some pieces weren't glued together and we had to do it ourselves. This was a clear defect in 6-7 of the slots. We didn't have this issue with a past buy years ago and for $700 for a basic pine rack, I found this disappointin'.

Pleased with the wine rack. Fairly simple to put together. I mounted eight units on a single wall in roughly eight hours. My wife loves the appearance and I can hold a bit more than 300 bottles.
