Epic Paint is a good company, even if some people say otherwise. They made several tries to create a portrait of my father in law and son, showing real effort in their service. If you read any bad reviews, don’t believe them. I wanted to surprise my wife with the picture, but she didn’t like it as much as I thought she would (I never met her father, so I wasn’t sure about the photo). Epic Paint redid it for us again and sent a new one that left my wife speechless. Thank you so much; my wife and mother in law really love the photo of my son with his grandfathe.

What a beautiful way to remember someone! This company's idea is just spot on. The artists are like magicians – turning emotions into something tangible and of top-notch quality. The website was a breeze to navigate, and whenever I hit them up, the responses were quick – total pros. Can't wait to use this company again, no doubt about it!

This was a big hit for our family! The rendering looked great, and I could make the changes I needed. I did have some problems with the updates from the shop, as they didn’t show any progress on the project, so I started to worry it wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. But the customer service team was amazing, and they managed to get me a tracking number. The package came exactly as expected! I’m giving it one less star because I was a little let down to find out the painting was actually a print and not the original one with brushstrokes. It was still beautiful, and we love it, but I just thought it would be a bit different.

Come on, folks, let's get that link sorted. Other than that, pretty happy with the picture-perfect part!

a real letdown with the portrait situation. Edited it all up, but none of those changes made the final cut. What's worse? No one's batting an eye at my emails about being totally bummed out. Communication game strong at the start, but once that portrait ships, it's like they ghost you. Definitely not feeling the love on this one.

This site is a scam. I got my order on time but what I got looked nothing like the pics I sent. Poorly photoshopped and no replies from them for a replacement or refund. Better off avoiding this company.

I bought a painting from this company and received a “mockup,” which was so poorly done that it looked like something I could have created on my phone. I asked them to fix it twice, but it still looks terrible. Many people have pointed out how awful it looks. I requested a refund, but they’re charging a $50 “processing fee” because I didn’t cancel within 3 hours – which is their policy. I didn’t even get my first mockup in time! It’s a cheap company, and their policy doesn’t mention the $50 fee at all. Don’t waste your money or time.

Terrible time dealing with this company. I shelled out £144 for my order and after hounding them for weeks, they finally sent me a preview. It was awful. Not even close to what I asked for. When I asked for a refund, they only offered me £40. Horrible experience. Avoid these scammers at all costs.
