I bought the Ettore Sottsass Mirror from Interior Icons in 2023, and when I moved recently, I sadly lost the remote. I was worried the mirror wouldn’t work without it. Luckily, I got in touch with Dan and Ben—they were very quick to respond and helpful. Even though they didn’t have a spare remote, they went the extra mile by checking with their team and sending me a link plus a PDF manual for the mirror. Inside, there was a special LED app I could use to control it—and just like that, the light was back! Big thanks to Dan and Ben—you guys were great! Interior Icons keeps impressing with their great service and help. I really recomend them!

I’ve been searching for nice, light wood

I’ve been searching for nice, light wood, modern counter stools for about 6 months. I found Interior Icons during my hunt. The stools I got are a good blend of modern and classic (giving them a lasting style). They are made from solid white oak and have a paper cord seat. I contacted customer service before placing my order. They answered all of my questions and Thomas was very helpful in explaining the production time. Right after I bought them, I received a email from Jennifer, my order concierge, saying she would keep me updated about the order. Can’t wait for my order to arrive! Thanks!

I bought a set of 8 dining chairs. When they came, they looked just like the pictures — I was really happy. Sadly, one chair had a crack on a leg. I quickly reached out to customer service on the website chat, and after sending a few photos, they set up a replacement very fast. Fast delivery, good quality exactly like the pictures, and best of all, very good customer support. I'm 100% happy and impressed by how quickly they replied. This company is great, and I really suggest them!

The whole Interior Icons site makes you want to redo your whole house. Cool furniture and fun to imagine in your home. I ordered a Pelican Lounge chair. It's just amazin. I had one issue with the shipmet. The box the chair was shipped in was essntially torn apart, resultin in some damage to two of the chair legs. This issue was resolved to my satisfactin. While waitin to resolve the problem I ordered a lamp and a side table. Unique. Can hardly wait for the arrival.

I ordered a pair of Wagenfeld lamps, but they sent 2 different lamps - 1 Wagenfeld and 1 Kaiser in green. I've been trying to work with your Chatbot, submitted all the pictures and info needed, but no response yet (1 day after). As a r.e. developer, it's hard to use your products for projects without speaking to anyone or getting quick resolution for a simple error.

This company wraps their expensive furniture in nothing but thin paper and packs it in a box before shipping. The same item has arrived damaged even after we warned them about packaging the first time. When we asked for a refund, they said they don’t offer refunds for damages during delivery. But the issue is how they pack it in their store before it’s sent out.

This is my second purchase from Interior Icon.

This is my second purchase from Interior Icon. First purchase was the Plith coffee table and now the matching Plith end tables. Based on the coffee table I purchased last year I expect that I will be as thrilled when I receive the end tables. The quality of the coffee table is excellent and everyone comments on it. The only negative is that I wish it were easier to connect with customer service, which it is not. Even by email… I also wish their shipping options were stronger. I’ve just ordered two very heavy pieces and will need assistance getting them uncrated and into my home, but because of the limited shipping options, that now is on me to figure out, which is why only a 4 star rating.

The Not so Good The quality of the metal legs didn’t meet my expectations, and the instructions were inaccurate. I managed to figure it out, but the incorrect diagram was a letdown. The Verdict Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase and would consider buying from Interior Icons again.

Bought a coffee table that came right on schedule. Yet, after a month, it fell to pieces by itself when I tried to move it. Not sure why the quality was so poor, but I reached out to customer service and thankfully got a refund. It's unfortunate the table broke, but at least I got my money back.

I find the website easy to navigate, and the ordering and check out went smoothly. One thing that was bothersome, is showing photos of items not on the site. The Saarinen white round table in particular. I believe all photos should represent current available products.
