Great location.

Great location. Close to the Wharf - where you can walk by the water, visit Politics and Prose bookstore, grab a cappuccino and pastry at La Pluma, buy fresh fish from local fishermen, and choose from many restaurants with different vibes and price ranges. Two metro stations close by, so it's easy to travel to DC, VA, and MD. The Banks DC Apartments has helpful staff, and the building is clean, modern, and runs smoothly. The Blueground apartment was spotless, with stylish tile in the shower and slate floors in the bathroom. The apartment also had a Bosch washer/dryer, which was handy during my stay. Blueground's staff and the building maintenance were quick to help and answered all my questions when needed.

My experience with Blueground was good. The apartments are designed for longer stays, which makes moving in and settling down easy, with a nice kitchen and cleaning supplies provided. We stayed for 4 months and had all we needed. The support through the app, phone, and email was quick. The team was responsive and helpful. I will use Blueground again for future trips.

We stayed in one of Blueground's apartments in Paris for two and a half month and the stay was absolutely purfect! From the location to the apartment, we couldn't have planned for a better stay. Truly recommend Blueground as the team is incredibly responsive and helpful and the stay was incredible.

I have now stayed in two separate apartments in Seattle. Both were in secure areas and buildings with safety measures like locked doors. The apartments were exactly as described. The customer service was very helpful on the phone, assisting me and sorting out any problems.

Blueground makes you feel at home!

Blueground makes you feel at home! I've been to London many times, but never felt this way before. Their responsiveness and assistance were great. No more booking.com or Airbnb for me for stays longer than a month. I appreciate the positive experience.

Blueground apartments was awsome! I lived there for a year. I had all bills included which was perfect for my work. The team was great at communicating. Any problems were solved quickly on the app. The apartments are always furnished nice and modern.

Four months back, I rented a flat

Four months back, I rented a flat in Madrid, Spain, from this company. They asked for a deposit, promising to give it back when I left if everything was okay. My tenancy ended on February 7th. I called them, and they checked everything, saying it was all good, just like when I moved in. They thanked me for choosing them. I asked for my deposit back. They said they usually give it back in 30 days. I told them I needed the money urgently for my daughter's medical treatment, but they only said they'd try their best. It's been 41 days now, and I still haven't got my money back. I've emailed them many times and tried to call, but they haven't done anything. This delay has affected my daughter's health because she can't get her medicine. If her condition gets worse because of this delay, I'll have to take legal action against the company for not helping my daughter.

Absolutely terrible experience! Keep reading, it gets worse! I've never dealt with a service company this bad. We used their services in Barcelona because we needed a short-term apartment. It's been a nightmare! We encountered BED BUGS, and it caused health issues. To top it off, our air conditioner wasn't working during the scorching summer, and they took THREE WEEKS to fix it. The apartments (with one exception) were filthy and nothing like the photos or descriptions. The beds are so small that it's impossible to fit comfortably with two people. Their customer service is a joke. They don't respond to emails, it's impossible to reach them by phone, and they don't return your deposit on time, or sometimes not at all. We've never had such a terrible experience with a service company. STAY AWAY! 😡👎

Horrible company,

Horrible company, the customer service is nonexistent, there is no one to talk to besides some call center in India, if you do have an issue, I was kept on hold for hours, and waited hours for a response. The product they provided doesn't work as expected.
