When I had an issue with receiving the wrong item, I ended up purchasing through Amazon since Thor wasn't selling directly at that moment. I was then directed to Home Outlet through a link. Once the refund was processed, I placed an order for the correct item, a 30" electric cooktop, with Micaela. She offered me a price that was even a bit lower than the previous one through Amazon, which I was happy about, so I went ahead and ordered it. The item arrived sooner than expected, within a couple of weeks. After installing it and reading the brief instructions, I was content with my purchase. Throughout the whole process, Micaela stayed on top of everything and was really supportive. I am pleased with the service, and if I ever need another appliance, I’d definitely consider Home Outlet Direct again.
