If you're looking for flooring, this company is a great choice. From the beginning to the end, everything went smoothly. Their team was very experienced and helped me choose the right flooring for my budget, and the quality of the products is really good—strong, nice looking, and just what I wanted. The delivery was fast as well! What really made a difference for me was their customer service. They were helpful, quick to respond, and really made sure I was happy with my purchase. It's not easy to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers like this one does. If you need great flooring at a reasonable price with amazing service, you should check them out. You won’t be dissapointed!

Jacob Kear, the owner, sent a sample piece, which matched what I wanted. Dylan Peace, one of his team, was also very helpful. They weren't pushy when I said I wasn't ready for a month. They were polite and had the best price for the wood I wanted. I'd recommend them. They're helpful and can work with your budget.

Even when things aren't completely smooth, a company can still earn a 5-star rating. There was a small issue at the pick up point which became quite a hassle. But Lumber Jack took care of the situation and made sure the mistake was fixed. Would definitely choose them again.

Had some trouble tracking down the right flooring

Had some trouble tracking down the right flooring to match my previous project. Your site was one of the few that had it. Navigating your website was pretty simple, and my order arrived in under a week. I didn't give 5 stars because the shipping cost was 25% of my total, two boards were slightly damaged, and you didn’t have matching staircase bullnose.

I was doing online research for the best luxury vinyl plank (LVP) for our new house. I liked LD for their selection, prices and easy site. Dylan (LD rep) helped me a lot. He was very helpful and professional. I'll buy flooring for my whole house soon.
