This is worth the price! I purchased the 5 panel

This is worth the price! I purchased the 5 panel canvas set about a month ago and am happy I did. The colors are very bright, and even though I didn't see Brock's face in the back, it's still awesome🔥. Everyone loves it. I used command strips to hang the panels, not the canvas-specific ones because they didn't work. Next, I'll get Carnage since he would look great in my kitchen 😀. My only gripe is that you don't offer custom designs. I'm a Lady Deathstrike fan and would love a panel with the original X-Men Deathstrike, Samurai Deathstrike, reincarnated Deathstrike, and Weapon X Deathstrike. That would make my MILLENIUM!!!. Besides that, I recommend the product. Thanks

I was very happy with how fast the blanket

I was very happy with how fast the blanket got to my daughter in Canada. Just in time for her birthday. The quality is good. I reordered a blanket for my son in law. Sadly, I ordered the wrong size . After emailing the company, they responded quickly and offered me a nice discount for my reorder. I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family. It's been a very satisfying experience.

My address sign I ordered with a light and USB extension cord turned out better than I thought. I trusted the metal design would be good since my neighbor has one and sent me the link to Aeticon, but she didn't get the light feature and I'm glad I did. It's so cool, the light shows fantastic colors and syncs to music, offering over 40 different light patterns. Love it! Get the light!

I had a few worries that they resolved with great communication. Just so you know, I haven't been compensated for this review. My order had two 36' signs with lights. From design to shipping, everything was clear and the cost was reasonable. I give them 5 stars. I strongly recommend them.

I purchased the train rug for my son

I purchased the train rug for my son, who has loved trains ever since he was two. Now at 52, he still enjoys them. The rug is made really well. They also added a non-slip mat to place underneath. I may order more products as this one arrived in great condition.

I bought two custom-made Bomber

I bought two custom-made Bomber Style heavy windbreakers from this company. They did a very good job on both, and they listened well to what I wanted. One of them had a picture of my ship on the back. The communication about the details of the orders was good.

Nice quality sweater with great details. I was really happy with the product. The sweater feels about two sizes too big. I don’t think the sizing matches most XLs. Overall, as described. I’ll have to get another sweater in large so it fits right.

Emma from customer service is great, she kept me informed every step of the way. I had some delivery issues and she solved them right away. The product is fantastic too, very durable. I'll be purchasing more from the company for sure.

This company really knows their stuff when it comes to military caps! I've bought nearly 7 for my friends, and they all love 'em. The style and quality are spot on. Keep it up with the good products for the military crew!

I bought the tank rug for my son. The first rug had some spelling mistakes on it. Aeticon fastly swapped it out at no extra cost. The new rug fits the room great! My son really likes it.

Ordered a AF military jacket

Ordered a AF military jacket, loved it. Got lots of compliments. Bought 2 more. One for eldest son who served in Army for 20 years & one for brother-n-law who served in Army for 30 years. The product come good and on time.

The product come good and on time. We like how it looks. But, we got confused with where it come from. We think it's USA, but got package from UK with Vietnamese tape.

I got my sign on January 2nd after a long wait. The shipping label was printed on December 12th but stayed in Texas for quite some time. I understand it was Christmas and a busy season, but maybe the shipping department needs some improvement.

I was really unhappy with the quality of the hat I got. It didn’t meet the standard I was hoping for. Also, the delivery took way longer than it should of, which was quite anoying.

The painting sizes weren't on the form, and they said no to swapping it. The photo's not accurate, so you can't tell what you're getting. They take a while to reply, but not too long. They gave a 30% discount for a new painting.

I got the Vietnam ball cap with my name and years served. Honestly, I was let down by how cheap it looks. It doesn't seem as good as it did in the picture. Plus, it's too pricey for what you get.

I placed an order for a gift on December

I placed an order for a gift on December 4th with an expected delivery date of December 20th. The website assured that I would receive a tracking email once the item shipped, but when I attempted to track my order using the provided order number, it couldn't be found. Frustrated, I reached out via email twice, hoping for a timely response, especially given the urgency as it was a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, I received a generic email 24 hours later, citing a high volume of emails. This echoes similar experiences shared in other reviews, leading me to suspect automated responses from a bot. What baffles me is the lack of a customer service phone number, especially considering the company is based in California. The update about checking the "spam" email for order notifications is ironic, given that no such email was received. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, particularly since they were prompt in taking my money. Considering the unsatisfactory service, I'm contemplating reporting this issue to the Better Business Bureau to explore options for a refund. It's disheartening when a company falls short on its promises and lacks effective communication channels.

They did not hold up to their promises

I ordered a 3x5 rug for my grandson's birthday on Feb. 2nd. It did not arrive in time for my grandson's birthday on Feb. 17th. I wrote 11 emails to Elisa T and Julia Q through the course of the next 4 weeks, asking when the rug would be delivered and each response they sent was a promise it was coming. They gave every excuse they could think of as to why it was not delivered. Finally on March 1st I wrote: "It has now been 29 days since I ordered my rug for my grandson. It still has not arrived. You have given me excuses and promises and wrote to me on Feb.18 " the production time for the rug is 7-10 working days, followed by a shipping time of 5-8 working days." The most it should have taken is 18 days - yet it finally arrived March 4th - 32 days after I ordered it!!!! I have never had so much difficulty with a company trying to get a product. I later learned to my surprise, that this company actually ships from overseas, possibly Vietnam- even though they have a California address. I asked for a refund of 50%- as they claim complete customer satisfaction. They gave me 10% on Feb. 22 - $17.24. I will not be ordering anything from them again.

I've reached out through both emails and Facebook messages to address my concerns. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, my package, a Christmas gift worth $150, sent through the postal office, was never received. The tracking information indicated that it had been delivered, but upon investigation with the postmaster, it was determined that it was mistakenly sent to the wrong address. Regrettably, the Disney-themed item is not being returned from the incorrect delivery point. This situation has left me both financially and emotionally drained. Not only am I out $150, but I also had to incur additional costs ordering a replacement from Amazon to salvage the holiday surprise. I strongly recommend pursuing an insurance claim to assert that the merchandise failed to reach the intended recipient. Personally, I find myself unable to recover either the funds or the product. The entire experience has become an exhausting and frustrating endeavor that has consumed a significant amount of my time and energy.

Ordered two hats, and to say

Ordered two hats, and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Firstly, I only received one hat initially, which is frustrating right from the start. The second hat, the one I did manage to get, looks nothing like the fantastic piece showcased in the advertisement. I'm seriously considering returning the one I have and, given the fact that my second hat is still missing, I'm inclined to request a refund. This experience has left me less than satisfied with the company's service and the quality of the product received.

Slow boat from China

I am still waiting on an order from January 28th. A rug. They generate a usps label before the item is even received at the regional usps office. It has been 5 days that the label has been generated in Georgia and is still not received. Meaning it will take another 4 or 5 days when it does make it to Georgia. Not only that it is being described as a "metal print", which it is not. 3 weeks and still don't have item. Don't order from these Chinese companies -
