The bars have a good build and look nice. I don’t give five stars often, only when things are done very well. If you’re on a budget, there are other choices available. I wanted bars that my 88-year-old mom could trust and that would also match the style of the room.

She also took the time to go through parts of the contract and explain them to me. Whenever I had questions, she answered them with patience and was always eager to help. The silicone sealant was very runny and dripped on the tile. Had to buy another one. Overall, the grab bars are very good. I’ll order from you again later.

The only problem was the Allen wrench provided was too short for tightening the set screws. But aside from that, which was the only issue, I would definitely suggest these grab bars!

I strongly suggest grabbars.com for their products. I purchased 2: a swing up bar and a standard 24 inch bar. The materials are sturdy, very durable if installed correctly. My contractor liked the swing up bar so much, he plans to suggest it for future jobs. Delivery was fast, just two days!
