Got my order right on time, and the quality? Top-notch. Seriously considering hitting that order button again for another set. The only hiccup? No installer option, and that turned into a bit of a headache. Wish they had someone to take care of that for us. Overall, happy with the buy, just need a smoother installation deal next time.

Donna, here are my observations: The service I received from Jamie was satisfactory. She assisted me in addressing all the questions I had. I placed an order for three bars in varying sizes: 24, 32, and 42 inches. The installation process went smoothly. Jamie is sending me some newer screws due to issues with the older ones stripping when screwed into wood. The phillips head lacked sufficient depth, and Jamie suggested using a torque screw as a better alternative. As per Jamie, the 24 and 42-inch bars were apparently part of the original design, while the 32-inch bar was from the new design. Surprisingly, the 32-inch bar appeared lighter than the 24-inch, raising questions about the materials used in the new design. Additionally, the finish on the new design was not as vibrant as the older one. I appreciated the sturdier steel and interlock system of the flanges on the older design, while the new design featured more hole options but seemed thinner and of lesser quality overall. As an engineer, I believe this is an honest assessment. Would I consider purchasing more bars from you? No, as I don't believe the quality of the new design aligns with my specifications. I would have preferred a 32-inch bar with the older design.

The company ensured timely delivery and maintained regular communication. However, the local installation referral fell short, prompting us to seek alternative services elsewhere.

Do not use this company, they are thiefs

Sent damaged grab bars, tried to return them which they wouldn't let that happen because the said were damaged, they never were even removed from packaging fully. $186.00 for the bars and an additional $30 for shipping and are now even trying to keep the overpriced subpar bars probabably to sell themselves. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company

I didn’t even bother with the package as it took 4 days to arrive. I shelled out an extra 65.80 for overnight service. Seems they have a unique take on what overnight entails. I usually avoid Amazon, but they do keep their word. Thankfully, I bought a backup through them. Quite let down!!!!!!
