Great customer service!
Great customer service! My pepper grinder had a loose cap and was a mess, so I put it away and used store-bought grinders instead. I just remembered it this week and contacted Cole & Mason to see if they could help. Even though the grinder was about 2 years old and a gift, they agreed to replace it! I wish I'd done this earlier! The quick reply and fast fix were spot on. VERY SATISFIED
