Unfortunately, the warranty plans offered by this company are not worth the investment. They fail to honor their commitments, and reaching them for assistance is nearly impossible as they do not respond to phone calls.

I recently had a good experience working with Five Star Claims Adjusting for my insurance claim, and I am happy with the service I received. Had hail damage to our roof and filed a claim

Had hail damage to our roof and filed a claim, but it was rejected. Contacted Five Star Adjusters and got Josh Kennedy as our representative. Josh came over to check the roof, took lots of photos, and wrote detailed reports to back up our claim. Went through mediation with the insurance company and managed to settle it just fine. Josh handled the whole process for us, so we didn’t need to talk to the insurance company at all. He was very professional, knew what he was doing, and kept us updated along the way. Definitely recommend Josh and Five Star Adjusters.

Travis Baldeo Public Adjuster Five Star Claims Adjusting Has frauded my insurance company and me out of thousands of dollars, beware if who you are dealing with. I am beyond belief with my situation that he has put my family in.
